
Facility Rules
Booking Only
The training facility is only available on a pre-booked basis, either as a member or non member.
All hourly sessions to any part of the facility, unless a member, must be pre-booked and paid for, before you arrive.
Sessions are for 1 hour time slots.
Any additional sessions due to overrunning the time slot, must be paid for.
Gate
Keep the gate shut at all times after entering and leaving the Main Field.
If there is another dog on the field when you arrive, please wait for the owner and dog to leave the field before you open the gate and drive in.
Dogs
All dogs must be accompanied by an adult (aged18+).
They must be up to date with their vaccinations and worming.
If your dog shows any signs of ill health you must cancel your session.
We recommend you have insurance & public liability cover for your dog(s).
Please respect other users so that everyone can enjoy the facility offered. Know your dog, if they are difficult to get back on a lead allow plenty of time before the end of your session to put them on. Not being able to get a dog on a lead is no excuse for running into someone else’s time.
Do not allow your dog to dig in the field, we ask that you alert us if this happens so we can rectify the holes for health and safety reasons.
All gates must be kept closed at all times.
Responsibility
Attendees are responsible for their dog(s) at all times
Dogs must NOT be left unattended at any time
Users must check that the field is suitable for their dog(s) use prior to entering.
Clean up after your dog
No littering
Please do not climb on the fencing or equipment. This is intended for dog use only.
Any breakages or damage to the facility must be reported and must be paid for by the dog owner.
Please do not feed any of the horses you may see on your visit to Arley Moss Canine training facility
No smoking is permitted on the property
Payments, Cancellations & Re-scheduling
Payment for hire of the facility is due prior to arrival via the payment link
It is possible to cancel your booking up to 2 hours prior. If you are unable to attend please cancel your booking or contact us to cancel it for you.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings however we will provide a full refund.
We reserve the right to cancel memberships for any inappropriate use of the facility, excessive unfair use of the facility or any inappropriate behavior carried out by a member.
Membership Termination by Arley Moss Canine
Arley Moss Canine reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member’s access to the facility and/or cancel their membership without refund in the event of any of the following:
Inappropriate Use of the Facility
Use of the grounds, equipment, or amenities in a manner that is unsafe, negligent, unhygienic, or inconsistent with the intended use of the space, as determined solely by Arley Moss Canine.Excessive Use of the Facility
Any pattern of usage that significantly exceeds reasonable and fair usage limits (e.g. hoarding of booking slots, repeated last-minute bookings/cancellations, or disproportionate daily bookings), particularly if it prevents access for other members. Fair use is defined at the discretion of Arley Moss Canine and may be amended with notice.Inappropriate Behaviour
Any behaviour that is abusive, aggressive, disruptive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate towards staff, other members, animals, or the property. This includes but is not limited to:Verbal or physical abuse
Damage to property
Failure to control dogs or comply with safety rules
Notice and Right to Appeal
In most cases, Arley Moss Canine will provide written notice of the concern and give the member an opportunity to respond. However, in cases of serious misconduct, the membership may be terminated immediately and access revoked without prior notice.
Arley Moss Canine’s decision regarding membership termination is final. Members may contact the management in writing to appeal or request further information regarding the decision.
Memberships can also be cancelled by the customer at anytime through the booking system.
Disclaimer
Use of Arley Moss Canine exercise and training facility is entirely at the users/owners own risk.
You are responsible for the actions and behavior of your dog(s) at all times. You are responsible for any injury or damage caused by your dog(s). Arley Moss Canine training facility is not responsible for any injury or damage caused to or by your dog(s).
Arley Moss Canine exercise and training facility is not responsible for any harm or injury caused to you or your dog(s). You are responsible for both your own and your dog(s) safety.
All visitors must be polite to others and any disagreements must be reported to a staff member. We have a zero tolerance policy on aggression or threatening behavior and withhold the right to ban anyone reported with immediate effect.
All vehicles parked in the field are left at the owners own risk, however CCTV is in operation 24hrs a day.
Arley Moss Canine training facility will not be held responsible for any damage, accidents, thefts, loss or otherwise to personal property, individuals or animals.
